How do parents find my listing?
Parents discover providers through the First Flutter mobile app — a free pregnancy and newborn toolkit available on iOS and Android. When a parent uses a tool like our contraction timer or due date calculator and needs professional support, they're shown relevant local providers from our directory. Your listing appears at exactly the right moment in their journey — not from a cold Google search, but from inside an app they already trust and use every day.
When am I charged?
Monthly plans are billed on the same date each month from the day you upgrade. Annual plans are billed once a year. If you're one of our first 50 professionals, your first 3 months are free and billing starts after that.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Australian credit and debit cards via Stripe. Cards are processed securely — we never store your card details.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard settings at any time. Your Featured listing stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No contract, no lock-in. Cancel anytime and your Featured listing stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes. Featured is $490/year — 2 months free compared with paying monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual from your billing settings.
No credit card needed. Upgrade to Featured whenever you're ready.
